For doing a burpee and shoulder press, you have to jump into three positions. The first position is seated down, on your toes and your fingers, arms open, knees bent and head between the knees. The second is an upward plank position; and the third is standing up right, fold your forearms so that your hands reach your shoulders then arms upward extend, press, and bring them back down. A burpee and shoulder press is simply jumping into the first position then jumping into the second one and finally jumping into the third on.
