Incredible S Stuck on Fastboot with Security Warning

HTC Incredible S by Accident turned into "stuck" at fastboot mode all time and bootloader become S-ON from S-OFF state. Background : my Incredible S have been s-offing by alpharevx since June 2011. Dec 2011 I'm going to install Eng-Hboot, but look like I copied wrong file into the phone .. LOL. I did flashed radio and rom by Goldcard method but still No Lucks. Video showed flashing by Goldcard. Security is passed but the either rom or radio did not flashed to phone
