توضیحات:

For doing dips sit in an upright position on the ground; with your knees bent; and place the push-up bar's near your hands. Now hold on to the push-up bar's and push yourself upwards, without taking your feet of the ground. Come down with an elbow bent, without touching the ground (4 to 5 inches off the ground); and go back up. Keep on doing so and your dips are done.
