Watch as one of our engineers walks through the step-by-step process of how this Allen-Bradley Kinetix Custom Engineered Test Stand works to fully test the functionality of the Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000 and Kinetix 5500 Multi-axis Servo Drives, Control Logix, and Servo Motors.
Video Transcription:
Hi, I'm Tim with Global Electronic Services and this is the Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000 and 5500 test stand.
For the sake of this screen, we're going to call this 6000A, 6000B and the 5500. So were gonna start off with A and adjust the speed setting to 40 and leave it in the reverse rotation and hit start. It looks good, so we're going to stop and change rotation. You can see the speed reference move and everything looks good. So we will stop that one and go to the Kinetix 6000B and change this to 40 and leave it in the reverse rotation and start. It looks good, so we're going to stop and put it in forward. Looks good.
Last, is the 5500. Again, we're going to change the setting from 10 to 60. Leaving it in the reverse rotation, we're going to start. And it looks good!
We use this stand to test Allen-Bradley servo motors and control logics, Kinetix 6000 and the 5500. Thank you for watching!
